Day One (4th July): Mid-term Improvements in GCB

13:30 – 18:00: Plenary sessions. Key longstanding issues with the budget and how to (try) solve them in the short term (2-3 years). 

Short talks to set the scene followed by open discussion. Presentations should take no more than 50% of the time slot, allowing time for discussion.
